Before everyone takes off for the holidays, Chef Fontaine McFadden will be graciously providing a private hands-on cooking lesson for Trumans/Udallers/friends of mine in the startup world this Sunday. She does this professionally, so this is quite a treat!

She will teach us how to slice and dice with the best of them (she has a knife set!) and better yet teach us how to win Top Chef/Iron Chef.

Cooking begins at 6 PM
Appetizers at 7 - 7:30 PM
Dinner at 8 PM

When: Sunday, December 19 ยท 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Where: 3655 21st Street, San Francisco, CA

Ample free street parking nearby and 1/2 mile walking distance from 16th Street BART. There are 3 little dogs in the house, they don't bite, but they do bark.

Bring libations to increase merriment, although we'll have some ready to go.

Channel your inner Rachel Bourdain and come prepared to get your cook on!

Please RSVP to me at ALee07@gmail.com if you're going to come. Please no "Maybe Attending" so we can plan accordingly- yes, there will be amazing food, that's why. Many thanks to Alison Cohen for the spark to do this.

Include any food allergies - Andrew Lee is allergic to pine nuts.

Hope to see you there! Otherwise, happy holidays!

- Andrew Lee (CO '06)
